Governments around the world destroyed the pretense of democracy by outright violating the legal basis on which their countries are hinged upon; 2. People were muzzled, in the most literal sense, with fabric masks that have never been proven to work. The detrimental effects of these masks were multifaceted, but include stumped childhood development, which will surely lead to decades worth of mental health illnesses, and a [wide range of physiological and psychological](https://www.aier.org/article/medical-journal-warns-about-maskss-potentially-devastating-consequences/) consequences, which were never measured; 3. On the same vein, a large segment of society has lost trust, _for good reasons,_ in the “scientific” institutions that were once revered; 4. While lost trust in “scientific” institutions may actually produce a positive result as the blind faith in frail institutions can lead to horrific results, an equally large portion of society has chosen to treat anyone dubbed an expert as a modern-day Messiah regardless of what they are saying or have said in the past; 5. The Jonestownian vibes’ of the body populi treating those dubbed experts would, of course, not be possible without the intervention of corporate media. Self-proclaimed journalists, likewise, have completely lost or unquestionably gained the trust of the two segments of people described above. The corporate media has created an entire vocabulary to justify their propaganda, and, unfortunately, this vocabulary has become widespread and often religious overtones; 6. The zealots have used their newfound language to push for more censorship than the west has seen in generations. Non-believers are not just labelled as pariahs anymore. Rather, they are considered dangerous segments of society that must be removed by any means necessary; 7. Mass censorship and the zealots’ new vocabulary made questioning the prevailing narrative nearly impossible. While there was ample evidence that the virus came from a lab even in the early parts of the pandemic, those of us who pointed out that evidence were labelled as conspiracy theorists and even racists (Somehow, the virus coming from an joint American-Chinese gain-of-function program in Wuhan was more racist than saying it came from Chinese people eating bats. Go figure…); 8. As the prevailing narrative was forced into a single narrative, public health officials and politicians enforced lock-downs, which even John Hopkins University noted had little to no effect on transmission but had disastrous effects on society. One only needs to look at how overdose deaths coincided perfectly with lock-downs to see this effect virtually everywhere lock-downs occurred; 9. Once vaccinations came out, the atmosphere took a dark turn from “we are all in this together” to “do your part to end the pandemic”. This, of course, implied that those who refused to get vaccinated were prolonging the pandemic and deserved to be cast out from society. Despite the questions being put forward early on, alternative perspectives including concerns about the consequences of vaccinating into a wave, adverse events, and a lack of long-term data were ignored and even ridiculed, just to name a few; 10. The faith in the vaccine from public health officials reached a surreal point as we were able to see data manipulation occur in real time, whether that was by counting the vaccinated as unvaccinated or the Center for Disease control refusing to disclose important data for over a year because it would cause “vaccine hesitancy”; 11. The body of scientific evidence began to prove many of the early vaccine criticisms correct, namely - Negative efficacy in the first few weeks leading to increased immuno-suppression in the middle of a pandemic. - Terrible, serious, and common adverse events especially in those at the least risk from the virus. - Potential increases in the transmissibility of the virus due to variant-pathing created by a non-sterilizing vaccine. - Decreasing efficacy over time even to the point of the vaccine becoming useless or worse than useless. - Data corruption, manipulation, and outright fraud in the control trials which were ignored and subsequently covered up as the British Medical Journal detailed extensively. - As well as a myriad of other concerns, ie., the fact that the vaccine can lead to DNA-alterations. 12. Yet, even as the body of scientific evidence against vaccination grew, public health officials pushed the vaccination even harder. Many parts of the world implemented vaccine passports, leading to the segregation of society; 13. Poverty creation became normalized with governments removing societal safety nets, such as unemployment insurance, for those that lost their jobs due to the passports. Many of the more ardent zealots cheered on these measures and openly wished for the death of non-believers. 14. Even once it was clear that the vaccines no longer provided any benefit in reducing transmission and likely increased transmission, governments refused to remove the passport system. Peaceful protesters were then labelled domestic terrorists. In a sense, this is the two year anniversary of the disintegration of basic societal values. What is on your list that I missed?
