### Warranty
All Ezytrail caravans and camper trailers come with a 12-month warranty for first-time owners, which covers the manufacturing and/or materials of the structure of the camper or caravan.
When it comes to chassis and drawbars, at Ezytrail, you’re covered too:
- F5 chassis and drawbars receive a lifetime warranty.
- F3 chassis and drawbars also come with a 5-year warranty.

### Estimated Delivery Times
When your purchase is ready for collection, a member of our team will contact you to advise and organise a specific date and time for pick up. You can generally expect delivery within three months of the deposit being received.
A flat shipping fee of $1000 applies to most locations nationwide, however some remote regional areas including Townsville, will incur an additional fee for shipping distance.
Please note: Your estimated delivery date is not a confirmed date. Occasionally, delays are unavoidable for the build process and handover date. These may include delays with third party suppliers, significant cultural events, public holidays, extreme weather events, national or international covid lockdowns or port closures. We advise not to make non-refundable plans based on this date.
